Urinbleaching and cerenkov counting P-32
In the moment we are testing some Urinsamples and methodes for direct measurment of P-32 in Urin.
If we want to use cerenkov-counting we have the problem with the color in the sample. The counting eff. is sometimes below 10%. Urinsamples are very different so we need internal standardisation, may be with Sr-90/Y90 ????
If we treat the Urin with little bit charcoal then we have a super clear solution. The question is: Can we have losses of P-32 which is bonded on organics in the Urinsample? Some experience or papers which can help?
Thanks a lot.......
